Acceptance

By using this website you agree to the following terms. The site is operated by PT Nova Media Lab.

Packages & pricing

Nova Media Lab sells packages only. Prices on this site apply to the standard packages. Prices exclude VAT (PPN). The final scope, schedule and fees are set out in a contract or written confirmation.

Subscriptions

Paid monthly in advance. The minimum term is stated on each package. After that term, you can stop with one month's notice.

One-time packages

50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Studios and Content Day: 100% at booking.

Studio booking cancellation

Free up to 24 hours before the session. After that, 50% of the price is due.

Revisions

2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Further rounds are billed.

Ad budget

Always paid by the client, directly to their own ad account.

Content rights

You may use all delivered content freely. Nova Media Lab may show it in its portfolio unless you object in writing.

Results

We commit to the deliverables and to tracking the numbers, never to a ranking or a sales figure.

Illustrations

Some images on this site are illustrations and are marked “Illustration”. The actual studio may look different.

Intellectual property

All site content, including the Nova Media Lab logo, is legally protected and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
