Ibrahim Kamara is the founder and CEO of Nova Media Lab. With over 10 years of experience in digital media, online education, content creation, and digital products, he built a portfolio of internet-based businesses that serve international audiences.
Recognizing the need for real operational structure behind these businesses, Ibrahim Kamara established Nova Media Lab in Indonesia — creating a registered company, opening a physical office, and building a local team to handle operations, content production, administration, and recruitment.
Today, he leads the company's strategic direction while the team handles day-to-day execution. The goal is to continue growing the team, expanding operations, and building a company that combines the agility of online business with the professionalism of a well-run enterprise.
